- LinkedIn - Regular content + targeted ads (£45-60 per qualified lead)
- Estate Agent partnerships - Monthly lunch & learns (£25-35 per lead)
- Educational webinars - First-time buyer focus (£30-40 per lead)
- Google Local Service Ads - Area specific (£50-70 per lead)
The key has been focusing on education rather than hard selling. We're creating valuable content around market updates, buying guides, and mortgage tips.

- Accountant referral network - Regular updates on lending criteria
- YouTube shorts - Quick market updates and tips
- Local Facebook community groups - Answering questions
Cost per lead varies but averages around £40-50. Quality is much better than previous years as we're targeting more specific audiences.
