I have a client with a complex BTL portfolio case and would appreciate some guidance:
- 12 existing properties in an Ltd company
- Looking to refinance 5 properties and purchase 2 new ones
- Mixed use of personal and company funds for deposits
- Some properties have been owned less than 6 months
Has anyone dealt with a similar case recently? Particularly interested in lender suggestions and how to structure the refinancing.

I recently handled a similar case. Here's what worked for me:
- Paragon and Landbay were both open to the portfolio size
- For the sub-6 month properties, Foundation Home Loans have a specific product
- Consider splitting the refinance across multiple lenders to optimize rates
